KitoZyme product now labeled "bio" for the treatment of organic wines

They can now use the chitosan derived from Aspergillus Niger, patented by KitoZyme, as an efficient tool for clarification. 


The ingredient, sold under the brand names No Brett Inside® and KiOfine® by our partners Lallemand, Perdomini, IOC and ICV, will offer new solutions for this fast-growing market.


The organic wine production represents already 10% of the french production and between 8 and 12% of the worldwide production.
